Advanced Weekly Computer Backup (12)

Our Advanced Weekly Computer Backup includes 12 backups, which are stored in rotation. With more backup versions available, you can be sure that you are not at risk of losing important data, even if a problem occurs over an extended period of time. Enterprise Password Manager

At Connexium, we use Bitwarden’s Enterprise Password Manager solution, which provides robust password management capabilities along with advanced security features such as end-to-end encryption and compliance with various industry standards.

Technician or labour time

Our managed IT plans do not include any labor or technician time. This means that any support or assistance will require time to be billed. By purchasing a bloc of time upfront, our customers can ensure that they have access to the support they need, without any unexpected bills or delays. Plus, since the time never expires, it can be used whenever it’s most convenient for our customers.

No, we offer the flexibility to adjust your RMM plan and the number of users or endpoints on a monthly basis. This allows you to scale your IT support in line with your changing business needs without any long-term commitments.
Our RMM plan prices are structured per user or per computer, also known as an endpoint. This means you pay based on the number of users or computers you need to protect and manage.
While having an RMM plan is not currently mandatory to receive support from us, we highly recommend it. Without an RMM plan, the scope of assistance we can provide is limited, and it may leave your whole organization more vulnerable.
Our pricing is already set with minimal margins to offer you the best value. However, for setups involving 10 or more computers (endpoints), we might be able to offer some additional pricing benefits. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
